CAREER OPPORTUNITY: ADMINISTRATIVE & APPROVAL DRAWINGS ASSISTANT

 

We are seeking an Administrative & Approval Drawings Assistant to maintain, grow and support our current team.  In this role, you enjoy a fast-paced team environment, working towards a common goal of excellence in service to the electrical and lighting industries, as well as your internal team.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome all clients and visitors
  • Work with our project management team to create approval drawings within project timelines
  • Maintain a professional and tidy front of house
  • Brand and organize product sales literature
  • Receive and catalog sales samples
  • Coordinate and track samples and sales presentations with outside sales staff
  • Create daily inter-office communication
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails and phone calls
  • Coordinate events and sales presentations including set up, catering and other tasks

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • Administrative Assistant (1 year)
  • Receptionist (1 year)
  • Experience with Adobe PDF
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
