CAREER OPPORTUNITY: ADMINISTRATIVE & APPROVAL DRAWINGS ASSISTANT
We are seeking an Administrative & Approval Drawings Assistant to maintain, grow and support our current team. In this role, you enjoy a fast-paced team environment, working towards a common goal of excellence in service to the electrical and lighting industries, as well as your internal team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome all clients and visitors
- Work with our project management team to create approval drawings within project timelines
- Maintain a professional and tidy front of house
- Brand and organize product sales literature
- Receive and catalog sales samples
- Coordinate and track samples and sales presentations with outside sales staff
- Create daily inter-office communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails and phone calls
- Coordinate events and sales presentations including set up, catering and other tasks

- Administrative Assistant (1 year)
- Receptionist (1 year)
- Experience with Adobe PDF
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
